ABOUT ME

My name is Isidora I am a 19 years old and I was born and raised in Greece. Having grown up in such a historical country with many traditions I have seen how many people view women as subordinate to men, where there primary duties are to clean and cook. However, grown up with two sisters and two parents that are strong advocated of human rights, influenced me into strongly believing that women deserve equal rights as men. Furthermore, being a women I know my capabilities and how unfair it would be if I was not able to pursue what I was truly passionate about due to norms that belong in the past. Through my various assignment I came to further realize, that this inequality is still persistent in large numbers around the world and how together, men and women, we have to end this disparity and come together to promote fairness.
